Return Process

  Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all sensors, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt.

  Technical Inspection

  Once received, our technicians will test the equipment for defects or damage before processing your full refund or shipping out a replacement unit.
